Dear Resident,

This is to inform you that Application No. PP 20-02, an application to review and consider the approval of Walnut Hill, will be heard by the Germantown Planning Commission on Wednesday, December 9, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. by a Zoom Meeting Conference Call (information below).  The proposed plans may be viewed at City Hall, 1 North Plum Street, Germantown, beginning November 01, 2020, Monday thru Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or by visiting for a complete overview of the proposed project presented by the developer.  If granted, it would allow Associate Construction to build approximately 21 single-family dwellings located on the South side of Dayton Germantown Pike, near Worthington Drive

This notice is in compliance with Section 1141.08 of the Germantown Codified Ordinances, requiring notification of all property owners within 200 feet of the subject property.
