This is to inform you that Application No. PP 20-02, an application to review and consider the approval of Walnut Hill, will be heard by the Germantown Planning Commission on Wednesday, December 9, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. by a Zoom Meeting Conference Call (information below). The proposed plans may be viewed at City Hall, 1 North Plum Street, Germantown, beginning November 01, 2020, Monday thru Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or by visiting www.germantown.oh.us for a complete overview of the proposed project presented by the developer. If granted, it would allow Associate Construction to build approximately 21 single-family dwellings located on the South side of Dayton Germantown Pike, near Worthington Drive

The Storm Water Management Program (SWMP), launched in 2003, is ODOT\'s inter-agency effort to control pollutants in storm water discharge.
